The duty of the company is to bring both sides to agreements. There are two possibilities to represent you (seller/buyer) as our costumer:
A. Occasional intermediary-commission basis per unique deal.
B. Agent-commission basis to long term deal (1-5) years.
Further that there are two kinds of agreements:
A. Agency/intermediary agreement-between agent/intermediary to principal (seller/buyer).
B. Sales agreement-between the importer and exporter (seller and buyer).
